A little and me and the family.  My name is Dejene, husband to my amazing wife Megan and step dad to our beautiful daughter Amelia.  We were blessed to find out in August 2013 that we were having our first child together after recently getting married in January 2013!  We are very excited and I am nervous, no need to deny that fact.

I created this blog because honestly I dont know what I am doing as a first time dad and figured I wasn’t alone!  Hopefully I can share with you the things I am learning and continue to learn.  We can do this together!
